Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, and this Yirgacheffe from the Sidamo region of southern Ethiopia is our most recent special roast. It's one of our lightest roasts, with a creamy body, soft citric acidity, and a smooth, chocolaty finish, plus hints of flowers and blueberry.
