Our story
Five generations of Texas coffee
On August 12, 1918, Herschel Mills Duncan fired up the roaster for the first batch of what became the Duncan Coffee Company. Today the family business is in its fifth generation, veteran-owned and still roasting in Houston.
Our signature 1918 Blend is a medium roast of South and Central American coffees, blended to the same specifications as our founder, H. M. Duncan.
